Purple Corn Juice and Apple Cider Vinegar

I find this a good combination--purple corn juice and apple cider vinegar. I take them alternately each day on an empty stomach. One day I take purple corn juice, the next day I take apple cider vinegar--both first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. The ritual is great for my health. I've never felt healthier in my life!

Taking natural health supplements is a must these days when we're bombarded by synthetic food and chemical preservatives, taste enhancers, and food colors. These all give us dangerous levels of free radicals that can destroy our good cells and lead to dangerous diseases. So, taking natural health supplements is no longer a question.

Those days are gone, big thanks to God, the Healer and Creator of purple corn juice and apple cider vinegar.
